Ownership: Title to services and materials passes to the client upon full payment. 

Warranties: Subject to UDEM Institute’s policies. 

Overdue Payments: Interest on overdue payments is 2.5% per month (30% per annum). 

Refunds and Cancellations: Refund requests must be made within 30 days. Cancellations require 7 days’ notice before the start date and may incur a fee.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights remain with UDEM Institute. Use is limited to personal or internal business purposes. 

Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec.
